Brodie Managment Consultants Ltd is a new venture started by the CEO and founder James Brodie who from which the company is named after.

James has over twenty five years experience of working within the Software delivery cycle. Initially working in Test Management  James has worked with  the big six consultancies and that formed part of his education which has now led him into project and programme management.

For the last 7 years James worked as a Freelance Manangement Consultant working within Banking & Financial Services, Retail, New Media, Large Public Sector Projects as well as for the M.O.D.

James has a very strong delivery background and enjoys the challenge of working with new clients to help them to realise their delivery requirements.

At Brodie Management Consultants Ltd we take the 3D approach. Discover, Delivery and Design. This simple framework helps the client to focus their efforts on understanding where they currently are as a business but most importantly helping them to understand the direction they need to travel in and where is their final destination.
